Ahead of the official brand redesign, we initiated an offsite refresh to significantly enhance quality and present the Viversum brand in a more professional and trustworthy manner. This entailed several measures. As Creative Lead, my role was to define a modern, feminine style for the interim period and maintain consistently high quality across all offsite channels. This encompassed the entirety of CRM communication including print, social media, the customer magazine "Glück," and much more.
